Hump Day Wild Card — 6.7.17

I wonder what it’s like to have summers off. Since I began working in the hay fields at age 13, I have had only one summer off, between jobs in 1982 when I moved from the Kalispell Daily Inter Lake to the Lewiston Tribune. I spent the summer painting my house to get it ready for sale. At my age, I suppose, I’m probably looking at carefree retirement living in the not-too-distant future. But I’m not there yet. Meanwhile, it would be fun to spend an entire summer enjoying the waterfront and exploring more of this beautiful area that we call home. Here’s your Hump Day Wild Card …
