Britain shifting blame

As new information about the Manchester bomber comes out, it becomes clear British intelligence services had plenty of clues that could have prevented the bombing but fell down on the job. The British political reaction is to shift from this discussion to focus on leaks made by U.S. news sources. Perhaps the anger should be shifted to where it belongs.
