Trib: Idaho’s 60% goal is pipe dream

After seven years of kidding itself, Idaho is about to admit some harsh truths.

Chief among them is that achieving its long heralded goal of “60 percent by 2020” is a pipe dream.

In other words, equipping 60 percent of the state’s youngest workers, ages 25 to 34, with a college degree or some form of postsecondary certificate by the end of this decade is beyond Idaho’s grasp. More here,
