Tense moment in the salon yesterday. I was chatting with the gal who does my eyebrows and she mentioned she’d gone to see “Fifty Shades Darker” over the weekend.

I grimaced. “Have you read the books?” I asked.”Yes,” she replied. “I LOVED them. Have you read them?”

I groaned. “I read the first chapter of “Fifty Shades of Grey” and found the writing excruciating.” I said. …

“Really?” she asked, as she prepared to slather hot wax on my eyebrows. “I guess you’re not into that sort of thing.”
