Did Mary forget about other districts?

Sara Meyer (RE: Souza still targets trustee elections ): So why isn’t Senator Souza advocating to change the election day for Highway District, Water and Sewer Districts, Library District and Hospital Board? Why just the School Board (SB 1103)? If she was really interested in increasing voter participation wouldn’t she have included all of the other positions that are listed on the May ballot too? The fact that she did not, makes me question what her real motives are.
