AM Scanner Traffic — 3.15.17

KXLY has posted this photo of a tow truck pulling a submerged black Audi from the waters off the Third Street boat launch this morning. Surveillance video showed that the vehicle went in the water about 1 AM. No one was found inside.
  • 11:35 a.m. Cardiac Problem — Urgent Care, 566 W Prairie Ave/Hayden.
  • 11:30 a.m. Possible Battery — Female driver got out of vehicle @ McGuire Road/Poleline Ave, Post Falls, and hit maile driver following in silver Jeep. Female described as blond, 5-5, mid-30s.
  • 11:22 a.m. Suspicious Male — Male in hoodie on bike looking under home awnings in Post Falls neighborhood.
  • 11:18 a.m. Welfare Check — Caller is concerned for 6MO daughter stayinig @ Belmont Road/Atlas Road, CdA.
  • 11:10 a.m. Bleeding Problem — Guardian Angel Homes, 1040 E Mullan Ave/Post Falls.
  • 10:19 a.m. Seizure — 5800 block of Magellan Court/CdA.
  • 9:59 a.m. Suicide — Male isn’t breathing after shooting himself in the head @ 1400 block of Spokane St/Post Falls.
  • 9:48 a.m. Welfare Check — Co-workers are worried re: Rathdrum woman who hasn’t shown up for work for several days. They report that woman has controlling boyfriend. And they have seen bruises on her.
  • 9:43 a.m. Submerged Vehicle (8:50 item) — Female owner of submerged vehicle may be at home.
  • 9:42 a.m. Vehicle Fire — 235 W Dalton Ave/CdA.
  • 9:30 a.m. Shoplifters — Post Falls Walmart East wants shoplifting couple trespassed from store.
  • 9:29 a.m. Loose Dog — Homeowner on Nez Perce/CdA has stray Beagle caught in garage.
  • 9:23 a.m. Submerged Vehicle (8:50 item) — Coeur d’Alene Resort security reports that car, a black Audi, went in the water at 1 o’clock this AM. And that the headlights under the water can be seen until 2:30 AM. Also, security video shows that a vehicle pulled up to the dock, backed in and then left.
  • 9:14 a.m. Submerged Vehicle (8:50 item) — It doesn’t appear as though vehicle in water is occupied.
  • 8:55 a.m. Submerged Vehicle (8:50 item) — Officer reports that it’s unknown if anyone is in vehicle in water. There are no bubbles, indicating that the submerged car has been in the water for awhile.
  • 8:52 a.m. Closed Road — Highway 5 between Plummer and St. Maries is now CLOSED due to slides and unstable base/Taylor Viydo (@KREMTaylor)
  • 8:50 a.m. Submerged Vehicle — Vehicle reported in water @ Third Street boat ramp, near CdA resort.
  • 8:48 a.m. Patient Transport — Advanced Health Care, 1578 W Riverstone Drive/CdA.
  • 8:33 a.m. Unattended Death — 600 block of E Best Ave/CdA.
