Surplus lot

I checked out the property south of the southern City Hall lot that ignite cda considers surplus. It’s a fair piece of property, if you combine the city lot on the southeast corner. There’s only one house on the odd-shaped property, at the corner of Pine & 8th. The entrance to a handful of houses of Tubbs Hill is accessed at that intersection. If a developer had that whole piece of property, about a half block or so, s/he could put up quite a structure. It’s not tied to anything else. McEuen Park starts about a half block away. And East Tubbs Hill Park is around the corner to the southeast. So I’m not sure what the public could do with it. (You can see 4 photos from different angles by clicking on photo above)
