Complaining year-round

Change is good. Certainly a look at possible fixes for the plowing and pothole situation is good. Don’t forget that the people complaining endlessly about the roads and plowing schedule are the same people who complain about the increases in taxes and costs of city services, not to mention the inconvenience of spring, summer and fall road construction to implement these improvements.
