Poll: ‘Stand your Ground’ unneeded

• Weekend Poll: A plurality of Hucks Nation says Idaho doesn’t need a “Stand Your Ground” law because Idaho laws are already adequate enough to handle self-defense situations. 88 of 252 respondents (34.92%) say Idaho law is adequate enough already to handle self-defense situations. Another 68 of 252 (26.98%) say a Stand Your Ground law will lead to unnecessary shootings. Only 54 (21.43%) support a Stand Your Ground law. 39 (15.48%) wanted more information. 3 (1.19%) were undecided.
