Something in the water

With all the unrest and crazy happenings going on in our country, my one word description would be “deplorable” - if I may borrow the word from the originator’s mouth. Recently, I learned from a “reliable source” why so many of our citizens have gone off the deep end, particularly in government and at our institutions of higher learning.

I was told that aliens recently visited this country and put something in the drinking water - primarily in California, New York, Washington, D.C., and even the western portion of Washington state. Hmm. Could it be?
