House adjourns

The House has adjourned sine die, with the gavel falling at 10:48 a.m.

When the formal committee from the House arrived in the Senate to notify them, Rep. Jeff Thompson, R-Idaho Falls, announced, “We as House members are here to let the Senate know that we have concluded our business and are ready to sine die.”

Lt. Gov. Brad Little said, “We welcome you to the Senate and that’s great news, and we may have some committee come see you sometime.” That was greeted with laughter/ Betsy Russell, Eye on Boise. More here.
