Of ruined tires & studs

Huckleberry Friend Erica Curless reports that the potholes in Winter 2016-17 has cost her 3 tires. I need to run my car into Les Schwab’s tomorrow to fix the right front tire, which I consider to be a winter casualty. However, that might be easier said than done. Schwab’s is slammed with motorists dumping studded tires. This is the last day in Washington to run studs. Idaho, I believe, allows another month.
