EOBoise’s Russell to be honored

SR colleague Betsy Russell and former House Speaker Bruce Newcomb will be honored at Boise State University next Tuesday. Betsy will receive the Enhancing Public Discourse Award at the event, from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at 1135 University Drive. Newcomb, meanwhile, will receive the School of Public Service Commitment to Idaho Award. More here.
