Crews remove last house

Cannon Hill demolition crews remove the basement concrete from the final house of 10-12 houses that once stood north of Coeur d’Alene Skate Park on the edge of the Fort Grounds District. The houses were owned by the urban renewal agency. Now, the ignite cda property will be divided into 10 lots, cleaned up and sold to private buyers who will buy high-end homes. ignite cda will use money from the sale of the lots to finance urban renewal projects elsewhere in town.
