Redoubters have a marching song
We’ve discussed the American Redoubt movement a few times here on Huckleberries Online. Seems the movement has its own song. Written by Warren M. Campbell, “The Redoubt Song,” includes the verse: “Have you found a place where liberty dwells/A place where God, guns and freedom reigns/From the church and the home/No grander life can tell/Without a doubt/You’re in the Redoubt.” The song was performed at The Lordship Church on Government Way/Coeur d’Alene on Feb. 22. The tune sounds like it was taken from the old Gospel hymn, “Washed in the Blood.” You can see the video for yourself here.
