What will become of Bonsai Bistro?

Hucks Nation is still digesting the news from late yesterday afternoon re: the abrupt closure of Bonsai Bistro by Hagadone Hospitality. Some lament the loss of the cuisine. Others say that the quality of food had gone down hill. Some, on my Facebook wall, wondered what’s next. A high-rise? Another type of restaurant? What would you like to see Hagadone do with that spot? What do you think he’ll do with it?
