Battling with Verizon

Linda Wilhelm, the Post Falls City Council president, has been fighting a frustrating battle with Verizon. She Facebooks:

“I have been dealing with Verizon wireless for six days a total of five different representatives regarding my iPhone 7 that I purchased in January that does not hold a charge. After six days they want me to take a refurbished iPhone 7 and I’ll get that right out to FedEx to me immediately! This is a bunch of BS. I’ve been a Verizon wireless customer for more than 20 years Unbelievable!”
