Idaho schools Supt. Sherri Ybarra rips Trump’s education budget proposal

Idaho state schools Superintendent Sherri Ybarra, a Republican and longtime Trump backer, ripped President Trump’s education budget proposal today, Idaho Education News reports, and invited Education Secretary Betsy DeVos to Idaho to see the potential impacts of the budget cuts firsthand. “I cannot and will not support a budget that reduces funding for public education,” Ybarra declared.
