What about Trump?

First let me be very clear: I do believe the women that have come forth to relate what Roy Moore did to them have told the truth. Sexual harassment and assault is indefensible, regardless of the age of the victim. It is especially heinous when the victim is a child. More of my friends, including myself, have been sexually harassed than have not.

The Roy Moore victim that came forward to tell her story is obviously still haunted by her experience and my heart goes out to her. However, this is what is so puzzling to me: how could she have supported someone who has harassed women repeatedly and bragged about it, as the world heard on that tape? (Spare me the locker room justification.) If one believes Roy Moore’s accusers, how can you not believe those that accused Trump of the same thing?

Is it OK because none of the women were minors? Explain to me how the Trump voters can square their conscience on this. What I am sure of is that not one reply will be able to explain their stance without saying “Hillary.” There were other choices.
