No disgrace to flag
The flag of the United States represents the values that we accept and want to live by. Of the numerous values, freedom of speech is among the more cherished. Freedom of speech has be tested in the courts, battled in the communities and fought for in wars.
It has been earned by the people over the years since the Bill of Rights was signed, and it is treasured. The flag that symbolizes freedom of speech and the citizens that have fought, died and promoted its use should be proud that a group of individuals is using freedom of protected speech to display what they believe is an injustice.
There is no disgrace to the flag or service members when we exercise our freedoms. In fact, they are honored.
