Weinstein role model?

The allegations against Harvey Weinstein are horrible: abuse, coercion, manipulation, fondling, use of position, etc. For a person in a position of power to use it to intimidate, threaten and otherwise force young women to do things abhorrent is a sick person. Why did Harvey Weinstein think that it was acceptable for him to commit such despicable acts and actions against women? Who does he think he is, Bill Clinton?
