Burke is impressive

I have been a teacher at Lewis and Clark High School for 24 years, and I had the pleasure of having Kate Burke and her two brothers as students. Kate was a positive, energetic, thoughtful teenager, and she has become even more so as an adult. Ignore the criticisms – she is a quality person who will listen, study the issues, and do what’s best for our city.

I don’t know much about her opponent, but I do know that Kate’s constituents will be lucky to have her fighting for them, and for Spokane, on the City Council.
