The Week’s openings redux: The real Pooh

In addition to the films I listed on Monday , here are the rest of Friday’s opening films:
“Goodbye Christopher Robin” : Veteran filmmaker Simon Curtis directs this look at how British writer A.A. Milne created one of the most enduring line of children’s books of all time. Tiddely-Pom.
“LBJ” : Rob Reiner directs this bio-pic look at the 36th U.S. president, Lyndon Baines Johnson — played by Woody Harrelson. Cheers, podnuh.
“Let There Be Light” : If there are no atheists in foxholes, then there are few who survive auto accidents. Starring Kevin Sorbo , who came to fame playing the strongman who became a Greek god.
As of the moment, the Magic Lantern will continue its current lineup. Spokane’s only art theater is expected to open the documentary “The Memory of Fish” on Nov. 9.
