Same old bio-solids

Let me figure this out. The city charges you to remove your solid waste, then charges you to give it back (“City studies turning biosolids into power,” March 28, 2018). Now I see how they are going to pay for the leased $71,000 solar garbage cans!

Let’s spread the bio around and fix the roads instead of fancy cans!
