Palouse Falls needs common sense

It’s disconcerting to have lost another youth to the lure of the falls. These are not children, they are young men.

In a rush to manhood they take chances that cost them their lives. There is no sign nor even fence that will stop them on their march toward proving that they are capable men.

Possibly common sense is not common enough.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the parents of the lost youths, and to the youths themselves.

Palouse Falls is a beautiful place, and should not be restricted by fencing and signs, but restricted by common sense.
