Grow up, GOP

Will the Republican Party ever grow up? Is it incapable of not sticking its foot in its mouth? Will its candidates forever go off on complaining and sniping tangents in campaigns and any other time?

When will the party stick to constitutional issues and ignore the Democrats? Why not do a grass-roots movement to re-educate the American public on what the Constitution says and what it actually means (not what our long-corrupt Supreme Court says)?

Why are Republicans not prepared with come-back answers for the “pragmatic” onslaughts from the Democrats, replies that should be all constitutional and not just one layer deep, but two, three or four until all the sneering self-righteous challenges have been answered and silenced?

Until the party does, with intelligence, patience, respect, and a calmness that also shows a steady resolve for the truth, the Republicans will indeed fade away, just as their opponents predict.
