The bill for North Pines

I was at the transfer station Tuesday and a Central Valley school district van pulled up next to me. Two employees commenced to dump several like-new cabinets on casters that might have come from the North Pines Junior High demolition.

With my property taxes going up in the CV district, I just was appalled at this waste. Will they be throwing away all the desks and principal’s office furniture too?

Why not open a new school with brand-new everything? After all the taxpayer is footing the bill!
