U.S. safety reduced

Safety in the U.S. is being reduced, not restored, by our president. Our allies are regularly attacked while Putin is elevated to an “honorable” status. Trump’s debacle in Helsinki was embarrassing for most Americans. What kind of damning information does Putin have on Trump?

Mr. Trump finally admitted that Russia probably interfered in our election processes, but then disqualified this admission saying, “It could have been other countries too.”

When Obama learned of Russian interference he got on the red telephone and told Putin he viewed this as an act of war and there would be consequences. Obama would not have time to follow through on his threat and Trump has yet to definitively challenge Putin on anything. Trump’s claims that he has been tougher on Putin than any previous president are ridiculous.

There is recent, credible evidence that the U.S. electrical grid system was hacked by Russia. No response from Trump.

Trump claims the Mueller investigation is led by angry democrats, but the fact is that Mueller and most of his team are Republicans. What does Putin have on Trump?

It is my hope that Republicans will grow some spine and seriously question Trump’s loyalty to our country.
