City’s heartless action

What the city of Spokane and Mayor Condon have done to the homeless people in our community is downright cruel and heartless. And right around Christmas no less. Where are your souls?!

Shame on the SPD, the mayor, and everyone else involved in criminalizing homelessness and not coming up with better solutions to help our fellow brothers and sisters in need. Shame. Shame. Shame!
