Crime is not down

I was watching the news this morning and they reported a story about property crime being down in Spokane.

I bet if you knock on people’s doors and ask us we will tell you property crime is not down. We have all quit calling the police. We are not here to help police skew numbers to make it look like they have a handle on this because they don’t.

Everyone I’ve talked to say they don’t call the police anymore because they constantly tell us they don’t have anyone to send out. They are always gonna fight property crime if we just let them raise our taxes to hire more police, but it never happens.
