DeVos and Trump giving opportunity

Isn’t it terrific that Americans live in the land of opportunity where dreams can be realized? Well except for blacks and others who have lived under Democratic control for 50-100 years in most inner cities.

As you know education is the way out and up, yet Democrats block the poor from school vouchers and therefore, from the freedom to escape poverty through improved schooling. Democrats have had and squandered their opportunities in this respect. President Trump and Betsy DeVos are trying to change that, and I hope you and this paper would celebrate that for us in a few objective columns.

Americans prefer individual freedom over government or union control.
