Faith and Values column inappropriate

In the column, “It’s a daunting issue, but ‘Jesus would bake the cake’” (Dec. 16), Tracy Simmons describes the personal and legal issues of being openly gay.

I have read this column a lot in the Review and have found it to be an encouraging and uplifting column dealing mainly with moral issues.

The Spokesman-Review should not have tolerated placing this article in the Faith and Values column. It should have been placed elsewhere.
