Not-too-transparent Brown

Lisa Brown’s husband deleted facts from a Wikipedia page. I guess deleting facts and hiding accurate but unflattering info is the norm for Lisa Brown’s campaign.

Lisa Brown supported and championed a state income tax in which a portion of her own caucus dropped support of her. When Lisa Brown served in the legislature, she supported the increase of college tuition and voted to raise tuition. Lisa Brown made over $350,000 as chancellor of Washington State University and has been asked repeatedly to distance her campaign advertising from WSU.

Lisa Brown did grow up in a rural community but not here in Washington state! Let’s try Illinois. Lisa Brown supports socialist positions and has garnered the nickname Sandinista Lisa. Why doesn’t Lisa identity her party (Democrat) on her campaign material? Lisa Brown claims she doesn’t take money from corporate superPACs yet the FEC shows she does and hides donations in Nancy Pelosi’s PAC. In fact, while she was legislating in Olympia, Lisa Brown was a top recipient of corporate money, according to PDC reports. It’s no wonder why her husband thought it necessary to erase a fact published by the Spokesman-Review.

Tsk tsk, Lisa Brown!
