CMR running scared

Earlier this week, and again today, I received an oversized post card from Cathy McMorris Rodgers blasting Lisa Brown.

Not unusual you say, but it is unusual given Rodgers has spent so much money (just where is it coming from?) this year spreading garbage about her opponent. I would say Rodgers is running scared, and she should be.

McMorris Rodgers is following a president who lies with every breath, and if called on it tells another lie to cover the first lie. CMR is following the GOP down a path of ruination for this country, taxing the middle class to give the rich more, throwing out policies that protect the quality of air, water and soil, selling off national parks and monuments to oil speculators and taking every opportunity to deny health care to the working poor.

What has McMorris Rodgers done to stop the tariffs or help farmers? Nothing! McMorris Rodgers has repeatedly refused to meet and discuss issues with her constituency, but never misses a Washington, D.C., photo op.

Lisa Brown presents us with new perspectives and new ideas, she welcomes diversity and openness. Lisa understands that the value of a person is not their net worth, but in the worth of their character. Vote Lisa Brown.
