Raising the Barr

The management of ABC Entertainment and Walt Disney Co. are to be commended. Without hesitation, they canceled the “Roseanne” redux after the star’s reprehensible Twitter rant. They put rightness before ratings - and American principles before profits. As a former broadcaster and current viewer, they have my sincere thanks.
