What’s the plan for our parks?

I’d like to view the “master plan” for all parks in the city of Spokane. I’m happy the parks department has dollars to spend on purchasing the property below High Drive. I would like to know how that spending affects the plans for our other parks. As an example, People’s Park has become an increasingly popular trailhead, with no amenities — including a true parking lot, restrooms, water, or even an adequate number of trash cans. What is the future for all of our city parks?
