29th neighbors not the only voices

Who cares what the “neighbors” think about a proposed housing development? Yes, they attended a meeting at a library; were potential housing consumers even notified about the meeting? People are desperate for housing. Mr. Frank, the developers’ representative, could have and should have bused in throngs of cheering supporters of more housing. He would have had little trouble finding them.
