A far-left S-R reader

Shawn Vestal is one main reason I read the paper. I was appalled that someone (Kevin Healam) would suggest that he be replaced. The Spokesman was accused of bias towards the Left. I hardly think that’s possible when printed beside Vestal’s article is one by Sue Lani Madsen or an editorial by Marc A. Thiessen. Why would the Spokesman present news differently because they “knew their readership demographics”? That would be bias.

Cathy McMorris Rodgers did win the election, but not because of Trump and his policies and what he’s accomplished. He is the one that spews a tsunami of hate, rage and personal invectives. He has demeaned previous presidents, military heroes, persons of color (not orange), and poor people/children desperate for a safe place.

I am a far-left reader, but I am always curious to see what ignorant thing Trump has said or done. Just today he insulted the firefighters in California, telling them how to do their jobs (rake leaves), the military hero that led the brigade that captured Osama Bin Laden (took too long) and Robert Mueller on a witch-hunt, a common theme.

History will tell. My prediction is it will not fare well for President Trump!
