Don’t stop with professors
Rob Leach may have trouble with the climate change hoax that liberal professors promote (“Socialist education,” April 18), but there are bigger fish to fry.
For over 500 years the world has believed the hoax perpetuated by Nicolaus Copernicus that our Earth is not the center of the universe. There is no doubt that Mr. Leach observed the sun rise this morning in the east, and will see it set in the west at day’s end. We can see this evidence with our own eyes, and Biblical scripture supports the truth that the Earth is the center of the universe, not that we orbit the sun.
Yet Mr. Leach likely will tell you otherwise. Copernicus was a liberal scientist who the Church nearly executed for his heretical Heliocentristic beliefs, but in the end has convinced us that the sun does not rise in the east, even though we continue to say that it does. Without the help of college professors, Mr. Leach is powerless to prove that the sun does not rise in the East. He needs to re-order his priorities and fight the larger battle.
