ESBA had their chance

Correct me if I’m wrong, but when a massive renovation like the East Sprague Project is about to begin, the plans are made public for any and all to view and comment upon.

So why are we just now hearing complaints about no bus pullouts? If local businesses were all that concerned they should have said something earlier - not now.

If they want it to change, then the East Spokane Business Association should pay for it - not the taxpayers. If they are able to put a two-page ad in the paper, it shouldn’t be a problem. We have already paid for this work, and many of us are happy with it.
