Limes and no enforcement

I try to avoid going downtown but I had to do so twice last week. There were Lime scooters everywhere except where they should be. They’re supposed to be in the bike lanes, but I never saw any in those lanes. All were flying down sidewalks. I never saw a single helmet.

What I also never saw was enforcement. Those folks on the scooters are a danger to themselves and to pedestrians. Unless the city is prepared to do some serious enforcement, the scooters should be banned.
