Incomprehensible loyalty

I am truly amazed that no matter what Donald Trump does, his supporters continue to pledge their loyalty.

And why shouldn’t they? There’s Trump the pathological liar; over 14,000 false or misleading statements since taking office and still counting.

Or when Trump ridicules, attacks and slanders via Twitter anybody who has the temerity to say something he doesn’t like, which makes him nothing but a bully and a coward.

I really find incomprehensible that any woman can overlook or minimize his sexual misconduct. I mean, here is a man who has been accused of rape, sexual assault and harassment by at least 23 women since 1980. Ex-wife Ivana stated in her divorce deposition that Trump once raped her in a fit of anger. Then there’s the 2005 audio recording, when Trump boasted that as a celebrity he “can do anything” to women, including “just start kissing them… I don’t even wait” and “grab ‘em by the ———.” (I guess the Republicans can’t argue hearsay on that one.)

Seriously, if a MAGA mother’s daughter was sexually assaulted, would she tell her progeny it’s not a crime because the president of the United States has done the same thing?

And don’t forget to emphasize that Donald J. Trump is a man you greatly admire.
