Jewish and Christian unity
I normally send you a complaint-filled diatribe in December. However, with all the signs of the soon return of the messiah, I feel the need to encourage all Christians to reach out to each other.
We should also reach out to the Jewish community. It was never God’s intention that we be separate from one another.
This is why Jesus said “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets. I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.” (Matthew 5:17). As far as the Christmas rush, I have yet to hear a single Christian or Jew make any protest. As long as we are divided along congregational and Semitic lines, Satan wins. Merry Christmas and Happy Chanukah!
