A King County Superior Court judge stopped a voter-approved measure that would have brought back $30 car tabs (I-976).

If one man (Judge Marshall Ferguson) can stop a voter-approved initiative, then I ask, why even vote? We are talking about King County — the “sacred cow” of Seattle. We might as well get used to it. We also pay taxes on the ferry system, too. You know, the ferries that all of us here in Eastern Washington use all the time.
