Educate ourselves on world issues

Thanks for including Dr. Don Storey’s letter about the dangers of using the threat of nuclear confrontation in our troubled world (“Collapse of arms control,” Dec. 2).

It is essential for all of us to educate ourselves about this issue, along with those about climate change, so that we can communicate to the president and our representatives in Congress about our feelings and beliefs.
