Prejudiced jurors
It seems a foregone conclusion today the House will vote on two articles of impeachment. A full House vote to proceed is likely next week.
My question is how half the “jurors” that have already stated their verdict with regards to a trial yet to happen, without seeing evidence, hearing witnesses, and listening to opening and closing arguments can be on the jury?
Voir dire in any trial would preclude such biased jurors from even serving on the jury.
Any public statements by any Senate juror prior to the full process should be enough for Justice Roberts to take action and remove them
