Y needs a roundabout

Everyday it seems we have more roundabouts in our fair city. Some of them are used in place of traffic lights, some of them are used for traffic calming. How about one that will actually let you go where you need to go?

Several years ago the intersection of the Y was changed to no longer allow cars from Country Homes Boulevard to travel east to Walmart and Home Depot. This forces hundreds of cars a day to drive through a residential neighborhood, and the Evergreen Elementary School Zone.

Emergency vehicles such as police, fire trucks and ambulances are also forced to speed through this residential neighborhood to respond to emergencies. A roundabout is a perfect idea for this problem, allowing all traffic to go any direction needed!
