House is overstepping

If the House refuses to send the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate, then the Senate should convene the trial to address the issue and dismiss all counts for lack of charges being filed in a timely manner - then sue the House for obstruction of justice.

The House is overstepping its authority by trying to influence another governing body by holding the articles hostage. The House has no authority to set conditions on the Senate on how the Senate is to conduct their trial. They are doing to the Senate what they claim Trump did. Send over the Articles or drop the whole thing. The House is in contempt of Congress and they are trying to influence the proceedings of the trial. The House is bribing the Senate in a quid pro quo situation - you conduct Senate business our way or we withhold the articles - bribery, obstruction of justice, obstruction of the Senate.
