Learn from our misery

Read the article this morning in the Review regarding development of the Bergman tree farm property by Dennis Crapo (“Valley neighbors decry density of proposed development,” Feb. 7, 2019).

Citizens of Spokane Valley and Valley council members, please drive out to my neighborhood in the North Indian Trail area to see what Crapo does. At the intersection of Pacific Park Drive and Indian Trail you will see on the east side of the road a development we neighbors call “Leggoland.” Beware - this type of eyesore is what’s in store for you.

Further, spend some time at the McDonald’s in the shopping center about 7:30 a.m. on a weekday. Watch the bumper-to-bumper traffic crawl south to Francis Avenue.

Bad city planning, unethical developer and pure greed. Don’t let him get away with this.
