Shut it all down

Oh, man! Somebody stop me! I am so angry. This is nuts!

Congress-to-the-air-traffic-and-TSA agents: “Sorry, gang. We don’t have enough money to pay you, right now, but you’re ‘critical’ and will have to work without pay.” What?! Can you imagine what would have happened if those folks had said, “So, you want us to keep the American people calm and insulated from your idiotic behavior? At this time of year?! No.” None of the Congress folks would have dared to go home because the explosions from all over this country (and around the world!) would have burned their bloomers. They would have stayed until there was a deal signed and sealed.

Maybe ATC and TSA should all go home, now. The military would have to scramble F-16s to get all of Congress back to D.C. and FIX this. They sure couldn’t fly commercial air.

By the way, what government employees are still getting paid? Not the FBI. Not border guards. Ooh! There’s a headline: “Border Guards Go Home for Christmas!”
